Election Quest Collectible Card Game Makes the '04 Election Season Fun for All

Los Angeles, CA June 16, 2004 -- Bro! Novelties, LLC is pleased to announce the premiere Collectible Card Game (CCG) of the 2004 Election Season -- Election Quest. Featuring 25 fantasy-inspired caricatures by artist Terry Wolfinger, a limited edition All-Star card, and an easy-to-learn, original battle system, Election Quest is THE political collectible card game of 2004. With a cast of characters that includes political powerhouses and media moguls such as George Bush, John Kerry, Bill Clinton, Bill O'Reilly, and John McCain, Election Quest pits Right against Left in thrilling head-to-head combat to answer the question: Who will claim the throne?

The brainchild of staunch conservative Anthony Trifiletti and liberal Mitch Borgeson, Election Quest uses humor, political insight, and detailed fantasy artwork to poke fun at American politics. "The only thing you can do in an election year besides voting, provided your vote actually gets counted, is laugh," says Mitch Borgeson, C.O.O. of Bro! Novelties. "Election Quest gets right to the heart of 2004's political comedy."

Election Quest is equal opportunity in its satire and neither right nor left can escape the game's tongue-in-cheek humor. "We strive to be fair and balanced," says Anthony Trifiletti, Bro! C.T.O. and co-creator of the game. "It's open season on everyone, Republican or Democrat."

Election Quest takes its roster of political luminaries and media personalities and places them within the fictional kingdom of Americania -- a realm inspired by fantasy novels, movies, and games. Election Quest, while a political satire, also parodies role-playing games by using character classes and powers familiar to RPG fans the world over. In the world of Election Quest, Howard Dean becomes a Trollborn Berzerker with a mighty battle cry and Condoleezza Rice an Elven Farseer. "Politics and the fantasy universe are a natural combination," says Mitch Borgeson. "They are both filled with intrigue, power struggles, and people with bad hair cuts."

Election Quest is intended for political junkies of all ages. Each deck contains 24 playable character cards, 4 "attack" cards such as War and Economy that modify attributes in play, a limited edition All-Star card, and a Rules card. Election Quest is available now for $7.95 at www.electionquest.com .
